Do you take my insurance?

We take most major medical plans including Medicare and SoonerCare (State Medicaid).  We also take cash, major credit cards, google pay, apple pay, PayPal, and cash App.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Do I need an appointment?

We accept walk-ins until 1 hr prior to closing.  If you want shorter wait time you can always make an appointment.

Should I go to the ER or URGENT CARE?

If you have a life-threatening illness or injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.  If your condition, illness, or injury is minor, we can assess your situation and assist you with your treatment plan.

Services Provided

Lab Testing

Hometown Healthcare Solution offers rapid COVID/FLU/STREP/RSV/MONO/PREGNANCY/DRUG SCREENS & Urine testing in house.  We also draw labs and send off for next day resulting.

PRIMARY CARE & URGENT CARE

Hometown Healthcare Solution offers primary care to adults 18&Older.  Urgent care can see adult and pediatric patients.  Appointments are not required, you can walk-in at any time.

X-RAY

Minor Procedures

Hometown Healthcare Solution offers several minor procedures such as EKGs, sutures, staples, injections and IV infusions.

Hometown Healthcare Solution LLC is a family owned and operated company established November 1, 2022.  We are open 5 days a week to provide affordable healthcare to our hometown folks and to our surrounding communities.  We have a combined 25 years of experience in the health care field.  Our mission is to treat your family like our family.   Our provider is Susan Graham DNP, APRN, FNP-BC.  She graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Tulsa, in 2019.  We are now accepting new primary patients for all ages, give us a call and see how we can help you.
