We are open 5 days a week to provide affordable healthcare to our hometown folks and to our surrounding communities. We have a combined 25 years of experience in the health care field. Our mission is to treat your family like our family. Our provider is Susan Graham DNP, APRN, FNP-BC. She graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Tulsa, in 2019.
