Do you take my insurance?

We take most major medical plans including Medicare and SoonerCare (State Medicaid).  We also take cash, major credit cards, google pay, apple pay, PayPal, and cash App.

What should I bring to my appointment?

*VALID PHOTO ID
*INSURANCE CARD IF APPLICABLE
*CURRENT MED LIST
*FORM OF PAYMENT

Do I need an appointment?

We accept walk-ins until 1 hr prior to closing.  If you want shorter wait time you can always make an appointment.

Should I go to the ER or URGENT CARE?

If you have a life-threatening illness or injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.  If your condition, illness, or injury is minor, we can assess your situation and assist you with your treatment plan.
